City Council issues Skatepark Plan press release
DELLA RESOLUTION ADOPTS CITYWIDE SKATEPARK PLAN
“Said Councilmember Della, “Skateboarding is an ever-growing sport, and it is important that our city meets the needs of an estimated 11,000 skateboard riders in the city.†Currently, there is only one skatepark in our city and only two sites identified for skatepark construction. Councilmember Della continued, “I am looking forward to working with the Parks Department to implement this plan so that our parks use meets the needs of their users.â€
